CHILLI

This is to show that beer is FUN! This light beer red in colour sill surprise you in every way. It has a beautiful capsicum aroma on the nose. The beer has a slight chilli undertone and leaves your mouth with a little tinkering sensation after swallowed. The new beer talk of the town,  Ideal to enjoy with your lunch time meal!

IBU’s-20, ABV-3.5%

AMBER ALE

Another favourite in the brewhouse is the amber ale. Rich in colour it is also bold with fruity and caramel and flavours, finished of with a pleasant hoppy aroma. A definite must try.

IBU’s-27 ABV-4%

HEUNINGBOS

This is a signature beer in our collection, a deep golden coloured blonde, infused with honeybush tea. Honey bush tea is a local endemic herb growing in this area in the mountains. Although tea and beer doesn’t sound right in the same sentence this is a match made in beer heaven. The subtle taste of honeybush tea round this beer off in a well balanced thirst-quencher and session beer.

WEISS

With summer on our doorstep, this is the beer to enjoy all day! A German wheat beer, light and refreshing, just the right companion for the long summer days!

LAGER

This is the latest addition to The George Brewery’s case of beers! This beer, light in colour, crisp in taste with a suttle malty flavour, will at first quench your thirst, before you enjoy a few more!

IBU’s-20, ABV-4.5%

SA-PA

This is the latest addition at The George Brewery! It caters for the hops lovers amongst us. Brewed in the familiar style of an American Pale Ale, this beer has a local twist! Only South African Hops is used in the brew, and it does not stand one step back for its American counterpart. A full bodied beer busting with a smooth rounded hoppiness will make you come back for more!
